缸盖气门座圈切削过程的仿真与优化

摘    要:研究工艺参数对切削性能的影响。采用传统的试切法,要花费很多时间通过做大量切削试验来选择合适的切削用量,使得新产品开发周期长、成本高。本文利用有限元软件,结合进、排气座圈加工时出现表面质量及刀具磨损较严重的问题,对加工工艺过程进行了仿真分析,得到了最佳的进给速度和主轴转速搭配方案,并结合现场试验,快速完成了切削过程的优化,解决了成本和质量问题。该方法也同样适用其他同类型的切削过程分析。

Abstract:The impact of process parameters on the cutting performance was researched,the traditional method is taking trial cut,the disadvantages of that is wasting a lot of time to do many cutting tests for selecting the appropriate cutting parameters.It leads to the long developing period and high costs for the new product development.In this paper,by using finite element software,combined with the issues of bad quality and surface badly worn,simulation analysis for the machining process was down and the best feed rate and spindle speed program were gotten.Optimize feed rate and spindle speed during cutting were down combined with field test,which solved the problems of costs and quality.The simulation analysis method of this paper introduced can be applied to the same type of cutting process analysisi.
