摘    要:研究了直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵的结构及工作原理,采用扫过面积法,以主动轮的转角为变量,拟定了关于直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵的困油容积和困油容积变化率的理论公式,为了比较说明其困油变化特性,选取了相同参数的渐开线内啮合齿轮泵,并利用Pro/E软件提供的工具,方便地测量并计算出了主动轮在不同转角情况下渐开线内啮合齿轮泵的困油区容积大小。结果表明,与相同参数的渐开线内啮合齿轮泵相比,直线共轭内啮合齿轮泵具有困油体积小,困油容积变化幅值小,传动较平稳等特点。

Abstract:This paper analyzed the structure and working principle of the straight conjugate internal gear pump,formulations for the trapping volume and trapping volume rate in pump with different rotate angle were derived,which are based on the method of sweep volume.In order to illustrate the characteristics of trapping volume variation in the straight conjugate internal gear pump,the involute internal gear pump with the same parameters was selected.Also by using a tool which provides from Pro/E software,the trapping volume in involute inner gear pump with different rotate angle were measured and calculated,Comparing with the involute inner gear pump,the straight conjugate internal gear pump has the advantages of small volume of trapping oil,trapping volume rate amplitude and smooth transmission and so on.
