制动器虚拟检测系统的分析与应用

摘    要:采用先进的虚拟仪器开发软件LabView,构建新一代的基于PC总线的功能易于扩展的制动器虚拟检测系统,可实现对大力矩制动器的性能检测,还可根据需要设计或组合专用仪器或系统,以得到从传统检测仪器中无法比拟的效果。通过对防风铁楔制动器进行实测和分析,验证了制动器虚拟检测系统及虚拟制动力矩传感器检测方法,是实现间接检测大制动力矩的可行而科学的一种实用检测手段,解决了困扰制动器厂家多年的一个难题。

Abstract:A new generation of brake virtual test system was build based on PC bus by using advanced virtual instrument development software LabView, the performance test to the high torque brake can be achieved, and also the design or combine special instrumentation or system according to the requirements to get unmatched results of traditional detecting instru- ment. It has been testified that brake virtual test system and brake virtual braking torque sensor detection method are the possible, scientific and practical detection method to realize the indirect test to the high braking torque via measurement and analysis on wind iron wedge brake, which has resolved a difficult problem existing in brake manufacturers for many years.
