摘    要:研究了在Pro/E 4.0中渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮的参数化建模,利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS 6.9对齿轮啮合进行三维模拟仿真分析,得出了与理论分析比较一致的Von Mises应力的变化情况,为齿轮的参数化设计和优化设计提供了一种有效的新方法。

Abstract:This paper studies the parametric modeling of involute spur cylindrical gear in the Pro/E4.0,and carries on three-dimensional simulation analysis of gears meshing using finite element analysis software ABAQUS6.9 to obtain von mises stress changes which consistents with the theoretical analysis,and provides an effective new method for the gear parametrizc design and optimal design.
