加工来复线的数控枪钻设计

摘    要:运用机电一体化技术,进行了加工内孔来复线的数控枪钻整机结构设计,分析了数控系统硬件电路设计和软件编程设计。利用数控技术进行内孔2轴插补运动,提出了防止4条螺旋线乱扣的同步电路。提出了来复线手动分度的方法和结构,也提出了数控分度的方法,设计了加工来复线的镗刀。提出了变螺距来复线的加工步骤,验证了应用方案的正确性,在军工上有实际应用价值。

Abstract:In this paper,CNC gun-drilling machine for deep-hole rifling processing has been designed based on mechatronics technology, then the methods of CNC hardware circuit design and software program design are analyzed. The two-axis interpolation movement of inside hole is carried out by using CNC technology,and the synchronous circuit to prevent cross threading of four helical lines is designed. After that the method and structure of manually dividing rifling is brought forward,also dividing way of CNC is put forward,and then boring tool for rifling processing is designed. At last the machining procedures of variable thread pitch rifling processing,after that the CNC gun-drilling machine is tested in practical application,the application results prove that the machine has worth of practical application in military field.
