摘    要:介绍了风力发电机组的并网技术,并分析了风电并网后给电网电能质量带来的不利影响;针对风电并网后对整个电网电能质量的不利影响,本文提出通过使用静止型动态无功补偿装置(SVC)来改善风电场的电压稳定性,降低电压波动和闪变,提高功率因数。为了说明SVC在稳定风电场电压和提高风电系统运行性能方面的作用,通过某风电系统中安装的SVC为例进行仿真说明。实际应用效果表明,SVC极大地改善了风电场运行性能,保证风电场并网电能质量符合国家标准。

Abstract:In this paper, the cutting-in technology of wind generating set is introduced, and then the adverse effects of wind power cutting-in on the power quality on the power network are analyzed. To solve this problem, the SVC system is used for making voltage of wind electric field more stable, reducing voltage hunting and flickering, increasing power factor. In order to illustrate the key role of SVC on making voltage of wind electric field more stable and improving the performance of wind electric power system, effects of SVC in a wind power system are emulated. Practical application results indicate that the SVC can improve the performance of wind electric field greatly, and can ensures the power quality in the wind generating set to agree with national standard.
