关于风力发电机叶片预应力模态频率的研究

摘    要:通过对风力发电机叶片进行预应力模态频率分析,找出了发电机在使用过程中产生振动耦合的原因。通过对叶片结构形式和选用材料进行改进并对改进后的机体进行模态频率比较研究,得出了避免叶片产生振动耦合的方案,通过疲劳特性分析确定其方案是否可行,为同类产品的安装、使用和优化设计提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The paper did a pre-stressed modal frequency analysis of the wind turbine blades, it was found out that the reasons for vibration coupling during usage. By improving the form of leaf structure and selection of materials to comparative study of modal frequencies, it drew scheme that can avoid blade vibration coupling, and determine the feasibility of its programs through fatigue property analysis. It provided the reference and basis for installation and optimized design of similar products.
