| 摘 要： | 针对冶金余热炉圆弧形管屏焊接传统工艺中存在工序复杂、生产效率低的弊端,设计了一次成型的圆弧形管屏自动焊的工装,通过调整各个滚轮规格尺寸、托轮和靴子（扁钢支撑）顶面角度,实现了各种规格圆弧屏的一次性自动焊接成型,大大提高了生产效率、降低了生产成本。

| Abstract: | In view of the defect of complex processes and low production efficiency of traditional welding procedure of camber panels of metallurgy waste heat boiler.Once shaping of automatic welding-fixtures of camber panels is designed.Once shaping of different standard camber panels is obtained by adjusting size of wheels and angle of shoes(uphold fin).Efficiency is greatly improved and the cost is immensely cut. |
