| 摘 要： | 航空发动机作为飞机的心脏，是集尖端技术于一身的高精密机械体。叶片是航空发动机为飞机产生动力的主要零件，导向叶片上的观察孔用于安装专业测量元件，是监控飞机发动机内部温度与压力大小的安装孔。观察孔的位置精度很高，直接影响相关数据的采集，而若使用数控镗床和专用工装进行加工，则造成制造成本的浪费。本文通过用孔系列组合夹具元件装配出的观察孔，讨论了孔系列组合夹具在高精度异型零件制造过程中的推广与应用，为飞机发动机零件的精益制造探索出一条捷径。 |

| Abstract: | Engine as the heart of airplane is sophisticated unit that combined many high technologies. Leafs are the main part of engine. The watching hole in the leaf plays the role of fixing the measuring unit that is used to survey the interior temperature and pressure of engine. The station precision of hole is exactly high which is directly related to data collection. The process of making the hole by boring machine and special tool is costs consuming. The paper mainly researched the application of combined clamp of hole serial in watching holes to discuss the promotion and application in high precision allotypic parts, which provided a way for plane engine parts manufacturing. |
