基才Maxwell的盘式制动器辅助电磁制动装置的有限元分析

摘    要:简述了盘式制动器电磁辅助制动装置(以下简称制动装置)的结构和原理,运用标量磁位和矢量电位,描述了制动装置三维磁场的分布,给出了制动转矩的计算方法,建立了制动装置完整的三维有限元模型。借助Maxwell软件三维瞬态求解器,获得了制动装置稳定工况时的磁感应强度和电涡流密度分布云图,分析了磁感应强度和电涡流密度分布的特点及变化规律,并计算了制动转矩,为实际设计和优化制动装置提供了一定的依据。

Abstract:The paper briefly described the structure and principle of electromagnetic braking device used in disc brake. Electric vector potential and magnetic scalar potential were used to describe distribute of three-dimensional magnetic field of auxiliary electro- magnetic braking device of disc braking. A complete three-dimensional finite element model was established including algorithmic method of braking torque. With the three-dimensional transient solver of Maxwell software, the contours of the magnetic flux densi- ty and eddy current density of the device under stable working conditions were gotten. The characteristics and variation of the distri- bution of the magnetic induction and eddy current were analyzed. The brake torque was calculated at the same time. The results provided some references for practical design and optimization of electromagnetic braking device.
