多管旋流板式分离器的结构开发及性能试验研究

摘    要:开发了一种新型的多管旋流板式分离器,并对其性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,这种新型多管旋流板式分离器的阻力系数为55左右;在一定工况下,气液分离效率能够达到〉99%,并且有一定的操作弹性,尤其对粒径〉5μm液滴的捕集能力强。

Abstract:The paper developed a new kind of multi-tube cyclone plate separator and did experimental research on the properties of it. The results showed that coefficient of drag of this kind of new cyclone plate can reach around 55, and it can reach above 99 % in efficiency of gas-liquid separation and has certain turn-down ratio under certain working conditions, es- pecially for liquid drop above 5μm in the aspect of trapping capability
