高温高压阀门密封面喷熔铁547B合金的研究

摘    要:用氧乙炔焰加熔剂助熔一步法在12CrlMoV珠光体耐热钢和25号钢高温高压阀门密封面基体.上喷熔铁547B合金粉末.对喷熔工艺及喷熔层的硬度、时效硬化特性、热耐久性能、抗擦伤性能等使用性能进行较系统的试验研究。证明用喷熔铁547B合金粉末工艺修复电站高温高压阀门密封面裂纹是可行的。

Abstract:Fe547B alloy powder spray melted coating was sprayed on high temperature and high process valve sealant made from 12Crl MoV steel with oxyacetylene flame put in fluxing compound one- step method spraying process, testing and study for spraying process and hardness, age - hardening characteristic, thermal durability and scratching resistant were carried out. The results have proved that healing up of cracking on high temperature and high process valve sealant by spraying Fe547B alloy powder is certainly feasible.
