基于Pro/E齿轮参数化的设计

摘    要:介绍了Pro/E齿轮参数化设计的原理、设计方法及在Pro/Ewildfire 3.0环境下设计步骤。此设计方法在进行不同参数的齿轮设计时,只需输入齿轮的已知参数,通过再生即可迅速精确地生成所需要的三维实体齿轮模型,既保证了齿轮设计所需要的精度,又提高了设计效率。

Abstract:The principle of the Pro/Engineer gear parametric design, the design method and the design steps in the Pro/E wildfire 3.0 enviroment are introduced. When carrying on the gear design of different parameters, it only needs to input the known parameters of gears with this method. Through regeneration, it can quickly and accurately generate the needed gear 3D model, thus it ensures the needed precision of gear design and greatly enhance the design etiieiency.
