某冰箱门体端部翘曲的有限元分析及改进设计

摘    要:针对国内某公司电冰箱门体端部翘曲情况,分析了端部翘曲的原因,结合生产实际,提出了改进结构设计的方案.应用ANSYS对某型号冰箱门体变形前、后的情况进行了仿真计算,经比对分析,发现改进后的设计,端部翘曲的数值小于企业标准给定值,可以满足生产要求.

Abstract:Facing the case of warping at the end of a refrigerator door in a domestic company,the reasons for warping are analyzed.To combine the actual production,the improvement program of the structural design is proposed.The simulation in different case before and after deformation of a refrigerator door are carried out using ANSYS,the results are compared and analyzed.It is found that the value after designing improvement is less than a given value of enterprise standard guideline;it can meet production requireme...
