摘    要:针对以往设计中忽略压力机滑块高度对刚度的影响问题,通过Simulation分析软件对四点压力机滑块进行有限元分析,然后再以高度为变量,利用设计情形和优化功能进行计算分析,并得出滑块最大变形量随滑块高度变化的规律,进而为滑块的质量优化提供理论依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of ignoring the impact of press slide height on its stiffness in the past,this thesis carries on finite element analysis to slider in four-point press through simulation analysis software.And then it takes height as variable to calculation and analysis through the design conditions and optimization capabilities.Then,it can reach the variation law of the maximum deformation of the slider with its height,and thus a theoretical basis is provided for quality optimization of the slider.
