| 摘 要： | 针对加工轴类工件时,常会遇到尺寸精度要求高、表面粗糙度值小的各种圆弧的难加工问题,提出采用成形磨削法进行圆弧的加工,并针对圆弧加工用的成形砂轮,设计出金刚石滚轮成形砂轮修整器。

| Abstract: | While shaft workpieces is processed,the difficult processing of arc such as high dimensional precision and small surface roughness often comes up. In order to solve this problem,this paper puts forward the form-grinding method for processing of arc,and designs diamond rolling form-wheel dresser especially for dressing form-wheel which is used for arc processing. |
