环面蜗杆加工专用数控机床设计研究

摘    要:首先介绍环面蜗杆的形成原理,接着指出加工环面蜗杆专用机床必需具备的基本运动。传统加工环面蜗杆的方法,然后说明传统加工环面蜗杆方案中的不足,最后介绍实现环面蜗杆加工专用数控机床时应具有的基本结构。

Abstract:In this paper,the formation and traditional machining of annulus -worm are introduced ,then pointed out the processing totes the basic movement which the worm bearing adjuster special purpose machine essential has. The traditional processing totes the worm bearing adjuster method, then the explanation tradition processing tores in the worm beating adjuster plan insufficiency, finally introduced the realization totes when the worm beating adjuster processing special - purpose numerical control engine bed should have the basic structure.
