振动筛主梁应力分析与模态分析

摘    要:以黑旋风振动筛为研究对象,采用有限元方法,对振动筛关键结构主梁进行了应力分析,得到了有效的应力云图,得知振动筛的主梁应力最大应力值小于材料的许用应力,设计结构满足要求;利用ANSYS有限元软件对振动筛进行了模态分析,结果表明:振动筛的模态频率远离其工作频率,不会发生共振。通过对振动筛的进行动态特性分析,为该筛结构改进提供了可靠的依据。

Abstract:Taking the vibrating screen as research object, the stress of the main beam is analyzed by FEM. The effective stress nephograms are calculated. The results prove that vibrating screen frame stress condition is far less than the allowable stress. The structure design meet the requirements. The model of vibrating screen frame is analyzed by ANSYS, the results show that the modal frequency is away from work frequency, the resonance won't be produced. Through the analysis of the vibrating dy- namic characteristics, the reliable foundation are provided to improve the structure design for vibrating screen.
