摘    要:介绍了一种10MPa水压环境下工作的电机密封装置的设计结构,电机密封装置是为某型步进电机专门设计的密封外壳,它采用车氏密封标准产品为基础设计旋转动密封结构,采用O型橡胶圈解决静密封问题;进一步建立了车氏动密封结构的有限元模型,分析了不同水压下动密封的工作情况,并探索了动密封摩擦扭矩的计算方法。

Abstract:A design case of motor dynamic sealing device worked in 10MPa water pressure is introduced.Motor dynamic sealing device is especially designed as a type of stepping motor′s protective casing,its dynamic seal structure is designed based on Che-hengde sealing product,its static seal problem is solved based on O type rubber ring.By finite element modeling of the dynamic sealing structure,dynamic seal working condition in different hydraulic pressure is proposed,and the calculation method of the sealing friction torque is explored.
