Abstract:Combined with the trial production for the mechanism part of Car’s intellect and electronic skylight,this paper introduces the function and the process on the main parts of Car’s intellect and electronic skylight,and specific analysis of the trial production for the Guide bracket sink part of Car’s skylight,ranging from three dimensional model establishing and model data processing to accomplishing solid model,which points out that PRM(Rapid Prototyping manufacturing) technology application on the trial production for small batch parts can be realized with low cost and high efficiency,it provides some suggestions for the application and development of production in the modern manufacturing industry,and also for coorperation of college and corporation
