高速列车承载结构对车体模态频率的影响

摘    要:运用Hypermesh软件建立了某型高速列车有限元模型,选定内侧地板、侧墙和车顶作为研究对象,分析了承载结构厚度尺寸的变化对车体一阶垂向弯曲、菱形和扭转变形固有频率的影响。结果表明,车顶厚度的变化对车体模态频率的影响最大,在车体设计时可通过修改车顶的参数来改进车体的模态特性。

Abstract:The finite element of the car-body has been built by means of Hypermesh. Select inside-floor, sidewall and roof as research target, analyse the effects of Load Bearing Structure's thickness on the Car-body's vertical bending, rhombic and torsion's natural frequency. Find out roof's thickness is the most significant factor that will influence car-body's modal characteristics, thus, by changing roof's thickness can optimize car-body's modal properties.
