考虑时间变量时单十字万向节的运动学研究

摘    要:单十字万向节是一种常用的联轴器,用于联接相变两轴以传递运动和动力,其运动特性直接影响机械传动系统的性能。考虑轴交角随时间的周期变化,对单十字同节的运动特性进行了较为详细的研究,并对传动比进行了频域分析,得出一些不机于轴交角为常数时的新结论。

Abstract:A single universal joint is a special type of flexible coupling which is widely used to transmit torsion and rotary motion between two shafts inclined at angle. Kinematic behaviors of the universal joint play an important part in driving system. In this paper, assuming that the deviation angle changes in a sinusoidal principle, study of kinematic relationships of the joint and frequency analysis of transmission ratio are carried out. The valuable conclusions are different from ones with constant deviation angle.
