焊接反变形在200EMU车顶组焊过程中的应用研究

摘    要:铝合金由于具有良好的焊接性能在现代工业中得到大量应用,现有的铝合金焊接性能研究中有限元分析居多,在反变形方面研究较少.通过分析铝合金焊接应力及焊接变形的产生机理,依据尺寸链原理提出以反变形方法建立新的焊接工艺.在控制车顶圆弧尺寸中实际应用该方法,根据经验值不断调整焊接胎位.结果表明该方法可以有效的控制车顶组焊后变形尺寸,解决了200EMU车顶组焊变形尺寸超差的问题,为控制在焊接过程中的变形提供了较好的指导作用.

Abstract:With good welding performance,aluminum alloy has been a large number of applications in modern industry,but existing research of aluminum alloy welding mostly in finite element analysis,less in the anti-defamation.This paper analyzes the stress and the deformation mechanisms of aluminum welding,According to the theory of dimensional chain and proposed the method of anti-deformation welding Create a new welding process.Use this method control the Size of roof arc,adjust the welding position constantly According to experience.The results show that the method can effectively control the size of roof deformation after welding,and solve the welding deformation of the 200EMU roof size out of tolerance,provides a good guide to control the deformation in the welding process.
