| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种长轴轴向窜动、纵向跳动、异响等问题的解决方案。在转炉除尘风机进行变频节能改造后拆除了液力调速耦合器,风机与电极之间增加了联接轴,运行过程中出现了轴向窜动、纵向跳动、异响等问题。通过将电机前移的办法把轴的长度缩短,降低了对设备精度和安装精度的要求。

| Abstract: | The present paper introduces a solution to the problem about axial movement of the long axis, vertical jump and abnormal sound. The long axis replaces the hydraulic coupler in the modification about frequency conversion energy-saving. But, after that, some problems such as axial movement, vertical jump and abnormal sound appear. Reduce the requirements on the accuracy of the equipment and installation by moving the motor forward to shorten the length of the axis. |
