Abstract:Building a three-dimensional geometrical introduce the model into SolidWorks Simulation for model of 51/2J×15 wheel by SolidWorks, and then finite element analysis. We set constraint boundary conditions based on the bending fatigue test requirements, then get results of distribution under the bending moment and force of preloaded bolts, finally check the stress and strain of dangerous point in specific loading conditions intuitively and do bending fatigue test on the basis of the results. The results show that the dynamic finite element analysis of wheels bending tests can better describe the stress of the wheel, and also provide design basis for further research.
