| 摘 要： | 针对多类型客户需求下的模块化产品配置设计,给出了产品配置设计系统的框架结构,对其中关键技术进行了研究。利用框架法和面向对象技术进行客户需求表达,借鉴质量屋的思想,通过二次映射的数学模型建立客户需求与模块属性之间的映射关系,根据相似度匹配算法挑选满足需求的模块实例,形成配置方案。该系统框架结构和实现方法在移动式油料装备的配置设计系统中进行了应用,效果明显。

| Abstract: | Architecture of configuration design system for modular production is given to solve the problem of model configuration which based on multi-type customer demand,as well as its key technologies.Multi-type customer demands are described by framework method and object-oriented technology,recurring to quality house theory,mapping relations between customer demands and model attributes are established via mathematic model of quadratic mapping,model instances satisfied customer demands are chosen though comparabilitymatching arithmetic in order to form the configuration scheme.The system architecture and realization method has been applied in configuration design system of mobile oil equipment.The effect is obvious. |
