| 摘 要： | 制造执行系统(MES)与装配CAPP(CAAPP)系统是解决制造企业产品多样性的重要手段,也是目前信息化发展的重要环节。但目前对两者之间集成的研究一直很少涉及,致使工艺设计与现场管理间不能很好衔接。阐述了MES系统与CAAPP系统间集成的必要性以及发展现状。针对MES的需求建立了以PDM为平台的CAAPP系统的体系架构,提出了可行的数据生成与交互方法。为提高CAAPP应用水平提供了有效途径。
