大跨距十字滑板的结构优化设计

主要讨论了大跨距滑板的结构问题。由于滑板的运动直接影响着被加工零件的表面粗糙度和形状误差,所以大跨距滑板的变形问题尤为重要,为了使滑板结构简单、紧凑以及变形量小,对滑板结构进行了分析和讨论,采用软件ANSYS对滑板模型进行有限元静态分析,获得模型在载荷作用下结构的应力应变值和结构的其它一些参数,从而为滑板结构优化设计提供依据。通过对结构进行优化设计,实现滑板即合理又经济的目的。
