基于ANSYS的数控车床床身的动态特性分析

摘    要:车床床身是生台机床的基础和支架,它的振动影响着零件的加工精度,由于PRO/E强大的建模功能及ANSYS的分析功能,本文在PRO/E中建立模型,在ANSYS中进行模态分析,提取了床身的前五阶模态,并分析床身的因有频率,振型及其动态特性.为设计者在床身的设计中提供理论依据,避免产生大的振型或者发生共振,从而保证整台机床的设计和加工精度.

Abstract:Lathe bed is entire platform machine tool basis and holder, its vibration is affecting part treating accuracy, is building the model function and the ANSYS analysis function since PRO/E is big and powerful, therefore, in the main body of a book building a model in PRO/E, the modal being in progress in ANSYS analyses, the order having extracted the first five of lathe bed is a modal, analyse and the lathe bed natural frequency, shake type and their dynamic behaviour. Be that the designer provides the theory basis in the lathe bed design, avoid producing big vibrating the type or occurrence resonance, swear to rectify platform machine tool design and treating accuracy thereby.
