油气润滑系统中管内油膜速度正交实验研究

摘    要:利用正交科学实验法,基于ECT(电容电析成像)技术,在油气润滑测试实验台上系统研究供气压力、单次供油量、单次供油间歇时间对管内油膜速度的影响,结果得出因素影响大小的排列顺序以及管内油膜速度最大和最稳定的最佳实验条件,为油气润滑系统的进一步研究和运用提供了依据。

Abstract:Orthogonal experiments of oil film velocity in the pipe were done on test rig by ECT(electrical capacitance tomography) technology based on different air pressure,oil volume-per-cycle and lubrication cycle.The order of the three affecting factors to oil film oscillation velocity is concluded from the experiments,and the optimum experimental conditions result in the highest velocity and the most stable oil film oscillation velocity were obtained respectively.The result has great basis for the further study and use of oil-air lubrication system.
