基于弹性流体动力润滑理论的轧机轴承早期失效分析

摘    要:采用弹性流体动力润滑理论分析了润滑对重载轧机轴承使用寿命的影响,并用油膜参数理论和修正寿命理论研究了改善润滑、提高使用寿命的途径。对薄板轧机支承棍用四列圆柱滚子轴承FCDP100144530/HC的研究结果表明:高温低速条件下轴承润滑性能最差,此时滚道和滚子直接接触产生磨损,使轴承过早损坏;在载荷、润滑油粘度、转速不可改变的情况下,提高轴承精度是改善润滑、提高使用寿命的有效办法。

Abstract:Elastohydrodynamic lubrication(EHL) theory was applied to investigate the effect of inner lubrication behavior on service-life of the rolling mill bearings under heavy load,and the approaches to increase service-life via improving lubrication capacity were analyzed with oil film parameter theory and correction life theory.The results show that bearings lubrication condition at the case of high temperature and low rotational speed is very poor,which results in contact wear and is the cause of early failure.Decreasing surface roughness of both contact bodies is an effective measure to settle this problem when other application parameters such as load,lubricant viscosity,and rotational speed are unchangeable.
