纳米Zn粉的自修复性能试验研究

摘    要:将一定比例的纳米Zn加入350SN基础油中,加入一定比例的超分散剂作为表面修饰剂,制成了修复剂。在HQ-1摩擦磨损实验机上进行自修复实验,考察了载荷、转速、修复时间对纳米Zn添加剂自修复性能的影响。实验结果表明,在适当的摩擦条件下,试块有明显的增重,表明纳米Zn有摩擦自修复功能,其修复性能受载荷、转速及修复时间等条件影响。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of load, slide velocity on automatic restoration capability of nanometer zinc powder that added to 350SN lubricating oil. The wear tests and automatic restoration tests were done on HQ-1 wear machine. The results show that nanometer zinc powder has the obvious effect of repairing under certain friction condition, load, slide velocity, repairing time have some influence on the repairing effect.
