金属橡胶节流元件内部结构特性及节流机理的实验研究

摘    要:基于金属橡胶材料的弹性均质多孔特性.利用气泡检测法对金属橡胶多孔材料的内部组织结构进行了实验研究,通过对不同结构尺寸、不同金属丝直径、不同孔隙度样件的实验.得到了最大直径和平均直径与孔隙度的关系曲线。分析了最大直往、平均直径与金属丝直径及样件长度之间的关系。通过流体渗透实验分析了孔隙度及金属丝直径对金属橡胶多孔材料流体渗透性能的影响.获得了金属橡胶节流元件雷诺数与沿程损失系数之间的关系,研究结果对金属橡胶材料在节流领域中的应用具有重要参考价值.

Abstract:Based on elastic porous characteristics of metal rubber (MR) material,an investigation on inner structural characteristics of MR were proceeded experimentally by bubble test,and dimension of MR elements,diameter of metal wires,porosity of elements were considered in the experiments.The relationship between maximal diameter,average diameter,diameter of metal wires and the length of elements were analyzed.The effect of porosity and wire diameter on throttling performance of MR was researched and the relationship between Reynolds coefficient and factor of loss was presented.The results are useful for the application of MR elements in throttling filed.
