橡胶层厚度和硬度对水润滑整体式轴承摩擦因数的影响

摘    要:以自然水为润滑介质,用MPV-20B型摩擦磨损试验机分别研究了不同橡胶层厚度和硬度的水润滑整体式轴承的摩擦因数,得到了它的变化规律并对作用机理进行了分析。结果表明:橡胶层厚度增大,摩擦因数有减小的趋势;橡胶层硬度增大,摩擦因数有增大的趋势。

Abstract:Natural water was used as lubrication medium, the frictional coefficient of water-lubricated integer bearings of different rubber underlayer thickness and hardness was studied by using MPV-20B model friction and wear test machine. The change rule of the frictional coefficient was found and friction mechanism was analyzed. The result shows that when thickness of the rubber underlayer is increased,frictional coefficient is decreased. When hardness of the rubber underlayer is increased, frictional coefficient is increased.
