有机减摩剂在节能发动机油中的应用

摘    要:分析了节能发动机油对减摩剂的要求及用于评价GF-4节能发动机油的程序VIB台架的特性,介绍了各类有机减摩剂在节能发动机油中的应用情况。将有机钼减摩剂和无灰有机减摩剂分别添加至GF-3节能发动机油中,通过SRV摩擦试验比较它们的减摩能力,并归纳了两类有机减摩剂的特性和优缺点。有机钼减摩剂高温减摩能力显著,但在苛刻的工况下减摩性能、极压负荷性能和燃料经济性保持能力不理想。一些无灰有机减摩剂低温时减摩能力较好,并表现出很好的燃料经济性保持能力,与其他添加剂复合,一些无灰有机减摩剂具有和有机钼相同的减摩能力。
