| 摘 要： | 通过采用新型可变节流器、静态性能新表达式，分析静压导轨间隙与载荷之间的关系呈S形的曲线，导轨工作在这段曲线上其间隙将随外加载荷的增减而剧烈变化。通过优化节流参数和选择三次曲线两拐点之间连线作为工作载荷范围，保证了导轨问隙在一定载荷范围内变化最小和液体静压导轨具有良好的直线运动精度。

| Abstract: | Applying three new type variable restrictors, new static characteristic formulas and optimum restrictive parameters ,nearly constant clearance of hydrostatic sliding way was gotten in a wide load range.The algebraic equation for bearing clearance and pad load is a three exponent function,by selecting the flow line of two inflexions of the curve as load range,higher moving precision was obtained. |
