复合材料密封圈非线性大变形的有限元分析

摘    要:采用非线性接触模型,建立了复合材料密封圈的大变形有限元方程,分析了这种密封圈在不同压缩量,不同减压槽半径以及不同接触区域尺寸下的变形和接触压应力的变化规律,得出密封圈安装固定与其压缩量、减压槽半径、接触区域尺寸等因素之间的关系。结果表明:密封圈的接触压应力主要是发生在密封圈的一些关键部位,其中最大压力发生在角点,在安装定位面上存在小的接触压应力,并且认为有这种接触应力存在时,安装是到位的。综合考虑过盈量、减压槽半径及各点的接触压应力与减压槽的变形率之间的关系,推荐使用0.04~0.08 mm的径向安装过盈量,0.2~0.5 mm的减压槽半径,减压槽变形率在25%~30%之间的密封圈比较合适。

Abstract:With non-linear contact model,large deformation finite element equation of seal-rings with compound material was established and the law of the deformation and contact pressure was analyzed by different compressed deformation,radius of decompressed groove and dimension of contact.There are some relationships between the assembly of seal-rings and the parameters,such as different compressed deformation,radius of decompressed groove,dimension of contact.The results shows that,the contact pressure is happened in some key parts of seal-rings,and maximum pressure is at the corner point,and minimum pressure is in the area of orientation.If there is pressure along the axes,the installation is considered available.Considering all the factor above,such as excessively full quantity,radius of decompressed groove,and the relationship between contact pressure and distortion scale,the suggestion is put forward that using this kind of seal-rings with standards such that excessively full quantity is between 0.04 and 0.08mm,radius of decompressed groove is between 0.2 and 0.5 mm and distortion scale is between 25% and 30% and so on.
