摘    要:采用热挤压方法制备了含不同添加量的微米ZnO尼龙1010(PA1010)复合材料,对复合材料的力学性能和摩擦学性能进行了实验研究,并利用扫描电子显微镜对其磨损机理进行分析。结果表明,ZnO质量分数小于10%时,复合材料的拉伸强度与PA1010相当,而硬度明显提高。ZnO含量对复合材料的摩擦学性能有显著影响,ZnO质量分数介于3%~10%时填充效果最好。复合材料的磨损机理随ZnO含量的不同而发生变化。

Abstract:PA1010 composites filled with micrometer ZnO were prepared by hot squeeze method.The effects of content of micrometer ZnO on the density,tensile strength and hardness of the composites were measured.The friction and wear behaviors were examined on M-200 ring-on-block wear tester in dry condition.The wear mechanism was analyzed by using a scanning electron microscopy.It was found that less than 10% micrometer ZnO remained the tensile strength and enhanced the hardness.The friction behaviors were effected by the content of ZnO.The wear mechanism changed with the content of ZnO.
