自补偿的磨损模型研究

摘    要:本文以钢厂轧机压下系统的丝杆螺母副为例,考虑了金属直接接触,流体膜和磨损自补偿膜的减磨作用,在理论分析和试验综合的基础上,建立了磨损自补偿润滑下钢-铜摩擦副的磨损模型,该模型能较好地解释一系列摩擦学试验和分析试验结果。

Abstract:To take the worm - gear pairs of rolling mill press - system for example, the metal direct contact, hydrodynamic film, wear - self- compensation film are considered, and on the base of synthesizing the theory analysis and experiments, the wear model of the steel - copper rubbing pairs under the wear - self- compensation additive lubricating has been set up in this paper. The wear model can better explain the results of tribology experiments and analysis experiments.
