| 摘 要： | 论述了不同硬度的水对切削液稀释液的稳定性、消泡性、表面张力、pH值、防锈性和润滑性(pB、pD)等性能的影响.随着水的硬度增加,消泡加快,但稳定性变差.水的硬度对pH值和变面张力影响不明显,对单片防锈无影响,但叠片防锈效果随硬度增加而下降.对润滑性能的影响,因切削液组分不同而各异.

| Abstract: | The effects of water hardness on the performance of a series of cutting fluids were investigated.It was found that hard water can enhance the anti-form of these cutting fluids and can adversely affect mix slability.It is very little that the effects of water hardness on the pH and surface tension of these fluids.As the water hardness increases,the anti-rust property of stromatolith cast irons in these fluids becomes more and more poorer,which all anti-rust tests of the monolithic cast iron can pass.Hard water can affect the lubricity of these fluids,and the trend might be determined by the chemical composition formulating cutting fluids. |
