烷基水杨酸镁在加氢基础油中的复合规律研究

用膜厚仪、热管氧化、成焦板、SDT、潮湿箱、凸轮挺柱、四球试验机等手段,对烷基水杨酸镁在加氢基础油中表现出来的防锈性、抗氧性、抗磨性、分散性、清净性等进行了研究.研究结果表明,烷基水杨酸镁在加氢基础油中表现出了诸多优良性能,如防锈性好、较好的抗氧抗腐性能、灰分少等,是研制高档内燃机油的优良清净剂,具有广阔的应用前景。

Study of Albl Magnesium Salicylate in Hydrotreating Oil

Antirust,anti-oxygen,anti-wear, dispersancy and detergency properties of albl magnesium salicylate applied in hydrotreating oil were studied by ultrthin film interferometric test instrument, heat-tube oxidation, coke-making plank test,SDT,wet box test, cam plus lifter wearing test, four-ball test machine and other methods. The results of test show that albl magnesium salicylate has many good function in the hydrotreating oil, such as good antirustability, good anti-oxygenability,little ash and so on. So it is a good dispersancy and detergency that can manufacture upscale engine oil and has vast applied foreground.
