摘    要:在浅槽环瓣型浮动环密封静态性能分析的基础上,对其动态特性进行了研究分析。利用Reynolds方程,通过计算微小位移或速度扰动对液膜动压力的影响获得液膜的刚度和阻尼,然后结合系统结构分析其稳定性。结果表明:浅槽环瓣型浮动环密封具有相当优越的稳定性,具有相当大的刚度和非常迅速的反应速度;密封腔压强、转速对于刚度系数、阻尼系数及系统的稳定性具有较大影响,其中刚度和阻尼随压强的增大而增大,随转速的增大而减小,超调量和调整时间随压强的增大而减小,随转速的增大而增大。

Abstract:In order to study the performance and feature of the shallow-slot split floating ring seal, the dynamic characteristic was discussed based on static analysis. A new method that analyzes system stability by combining the structure with stiffness and damp of the liquid film was approached. Reynolds equation was implemented to calculate the response of the film pressure to the inflection of a tiny displacement or a tiny velocity. The results indicate that the shallow-slot split floating ring seal has plenty of advantages, such as ascendant stability, high stiffness and rapid reaction speed ; the inflections of the pressure of sealing cavities and the rotation speed to the stiffness coefficient, the damp coefficient and the system stability are outstanding ; the stiffness and damp increases with the increase of pressure and decreases with the increase of the rotation speed;the overshoot and regulation time decreases with the increase of pressure and increases with the increase of the rotation speed.
