小孔节流方式对静压气体球轴承工作特性的影响

摘    要:介绍了静压气体球轴承的结构形式和工作原理;给出了静压气体球轴承工作特性的工程计算方法;研究了在轴承几何参数相同的情况下,不同的小孔节流方式对静压气体球轴承工作特性的影响,并建立模型,通过Fluent软件对轴承的承载能力进行了仿真分析。结果表明:在设计参数相同的情况下,静压气体球轴承在环形孔式节流方式下的静刚度特性较好,但在简单孔式节流方式下有更好的承载和流量特性。
