摘    要:研究了一种新型双列螺旋槽机械密封结构的工作机理。从可压缩流体Reynolds方程出发,用有限元数值计算的方法得出了一定工况条件下双列螺旋槽机械密封端面间稳态下的密封间隙、液体的压力分布、开启力、供液小孔的压力损失及泄漏量等。计算结果表明,供液小孔所产生的压力损失提高了双列螺旋槽机械密封的静态轴向刚度。

Abstract:A study on the static performance mechanism of a new double spiral groove face seal was done.According to compressible Reynolds function,the sealing gap,the distributing of pressure,the opening force between two sealing rings,the pressure loss through feeding holes and leakage were gained by means of finite element method. The results of calculation indicates that the static axial stiffness of fluid film in double spiral groove face seal is improved due to the pressure loss through feeding holes.
