高温法兰连接系统的安全评定方法

摘    要:根据国内垫片标准规定的泄漏率指标和美国PVRC对连接系统划分的紧密度等级,尝试定义了法兰连接系统的安全性等级.应用垫片力学本构方程、密封性能公式和高温下连接系统的变形协调分析方程,提出了以紧密性分析为基础的安全评定方法,为装置现役螺栓法兰连接的安全性评价提供了一个工具。

Abstract:An attempt was made to define the safety grade of flanged connections according to target leakage rates described in domestic gasket standards and tightness rates of joints stated in PVRC of ASME. A safety assessment method was put forward based on the analysis of tightness, by means of constitutive equations of gaskets, the leakage rate equation and the compatibility equation of deformations of all members of joints at elevated temperature. An useful tool is provided for safety assessment of bolted flanged connections in service.
