摘    要:采用Borgdorfer推导的修正雷诺方程,应用有限元法分析了滑移流效应对螺旋槽干式气体端面密封(S-DGS)性能的影响。结果表明,在低速和低压条件下,密封的端面开启力、气膜刚度和泄漏量均受到滑移流的显著影响,其中当密封压力为0.152~0.303 MPa时影响最显著。

Abstract:A finite element analysis of a spiral groove dry gas seal under slip flow conditions was presented based on the modified Reynolds equation developed by Borgdorfer.The results show that face opening force,film stiffness and leakage rate are strongly affected by the slip flow under the operating conditions of low sealing pressure and low speed,especially when the pressure is between 0.152 MPa and 0.303 MPa.
