| 摘 要： | 在46#润滑中加入聚合膜单体、极压剂ZDDP和硫化异丁烯不仅可以在摩擦过程中摩擦表面形成原位聚合膜，提高对磨表面的抗胶合、抗疲劳能力，而且还能明显地降低摩擦和磨损。结果表明：采用均匀设计优选聚合膜的最佳添加剂能力，PB值提高1．55倍达1666N，PD值提高1．67倍达4920N。

| Abstract: | In situ compound polymer film is formed on the contact surface by adding polymer monomer and extreme pressure additive ZDDP, sulphide in 46 #refind mineral oil, reduces metal damage and increases anti - wear strength . Experiments result shows PB is increased by a factor of 2.55 (about 1666 N) and Pp is increased by a factor of 2.67 (about 4920 N) for compound polymerfilrn on optimum formula by even design. |
