硫、磷系添加剂复合使用在菜籽油中的抗磨性能研究

摘    要:以菜籽油为基础油,在四球摩擦磨损实验机上分别考察丁两组硫系和磷系添加剂T321与T304、T321与T307复合使用对菜籽油的抗磨性和极压性的影响。结果表明,在菜籽油叶:加入添加剂T321与T304能更好地提高菜籽油的抗磨性能和极压性能。

Abstract:Taking rapeseed oil as base constituent, the influence of the two compound lubricant additives, sulfur-system 3321 and phosphorus-system 3304,sulfur-system 3321 and phosphorus-system 3307, on the antiwear properties and extreme pressure characteristics of rapeseed oil were investigated on a 4-ball friction-wear tester. The results show that the 3321 and the 3304 are beneficial to improve the load capacity and resistance to extreme pressure of lubrication film.
