摘    要:运用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立凹凸管法兰系统的热-结构数值模型,对系统内各组件的应力与温度对系统密封性的影响规律进行分析。结果表明:法兰管道与螺栓外侧法兰外缘所受应力相对较小,螺栓内侧法兰所受应力相对较大;在预紧、预紧+内压、预紧+内压+温度3种工况下垫片的径向应力过渡方式均为由大变小再变大的变化趋势,且在预紧工况下垫片的压应力最大;自螺栓底面至顶面螺栓轴向应力呈逐渐增大再减小的变化趋势。

Abstract:The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to establish the thermal structural numerical model of the concave convex pipe flange system,and the influence of the stress and temperature of each component in the system on the sealing performance of the system was analyzes.The results show that the stress of flange pipe and outer flange of bolt is relatively small,and the stress of inner flange of bolt is relatively large.Under the three conditions,pre tightening,pre tightening with internal pressure,and pre tightening with internal pressure and temperature,the radial stress transition mode of gasket changes from large to small and then to large,and the pressure stress of gasket under the pre tightening condition is the largest.The change trend of bolt axial stress is gradually increased and then decreased from bottom to top of the bolt.
