渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮传动瞬态弹流润滑研究

摘    要:本文综合考虑润滑本的可压缩性,齿轮传动重合度对轮齿载荷的影响以及滑动速度,曲率半径随时间和座标变化的瞬态效应,对渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮传动进行瞬态弹流安全数值分析;计算了分析传动比,模数以及中心距等齿轮几何参数对齿轮润滑性能的影响,得出了齿轮传动滑啮合线的油膜压力,油膜开头以及摩擦系数的变化规律。

Abstract:By considering the compressibility of lubricant and the transient effect of variable load, sliding Velocities and curvature varying with time and coordinate, the transient elasto-hydrodynamic lubrication analysis on spur involute gears is given. A parametric study is conducted to in-verstigate the effects of geometry factors (including gear ratio, gear teeth module and central distance) on the lubrication behavior of a gear transmission. The distribution of the central film thickness, central pressure and coefficients of friction along the line of action is obtained.
